Our Mission
Changing Lives – SVP is a supportive community initiative based at St Vincent’s, Ely, Cardiff, offering a safe, welcoming space for people from all walks of life. Rooted in values of compassion, dignity and hope, we work to support individuals and families who may be experiencing isolation, hardship or challenging life circumstances.
Through friendship, practical help and a listening ear, we aim to bring encouragement and positive change to people’s lives. We believe everyone deserves to feel valued and supported, and we are committed to walking alongside people as they rebuild confidence, connection and hope for the future.
While our work is inspired by faith-based values, Changing Lives – SVP is open to all, regardless of background or belief.
